National Environment Agency: Black Sea water quality within norm

National Environment Agency, on Friday, said the Black Sea water quality is within the norm along the coastline.

The water samples were sent to the accredited laboratory for the Analysis of Atmospheric Air, Water and Soils of the National Environment Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture.

“The laboratory is equipped with the latest equipment. Most of the chemical and biological research is carried out taking into account the methodologies of the relevant framework directives of the European Union,” the agency added.

The Agency added that it monitors the water quality every month.
