“Power is in Partnership” – With this message, the multinational training Noble Partner 2018 has begun starting today. Georgia is hosting Noble Partner training for already the 4th time. The training was officially opened at Vaziani Airbase. More than 3000 military servicemen from 13 countries are taking part in the training.
General of US National Guard Bureau Joseph Lingel, Randell Simmons, Head of Georgia State National Guard and General John Gronsky arrived in Georgia on this special occasion. President Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze, Chairman of Parliament Irakli Kobakhidze, Defense Minister Levan Izoria and Head of Joint Staff Vladimer Chachibaia addressed the military servicemen.
Georgia will be hosting the training till August 15. The training will take place at Vaziani military airbase, Vaziani polygon and Norio Training Base.
Noble Partner 2018 is a Georgian Armed Forces and U.S. Army Europe cooperatively-led exercise in its fourth iteration. The exercise is intended to support and enhance the readiness and interoperability of Georgia, the U.S. and participating nations during a multinational training operation.
