MPs to re-register for plenary at 3 p.m.

The registration for the plenary session in the Georgian parliament will be held at 3 p.m., said Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.

The lack of quorum halted the opening of the Georgian parliament’s plenary session. Earlier this afternoon, 73 lawmakers registered, but the plenary’s commencement requires the presence of 76 MPs.

The Speaker says the opposition lawmakers reject to register deliberately. He called on the GD lawmakers to show up at 3 p.m.
