According to former president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili, teachers’ minimal salary will be 1 000 GEL, police officers will have 2,000 GEL, while pension will be 400 GEL if the National Movement comes to power.

Mikheil Saakashvili speaks about the economic situation in the country in a video address, saying that the cause of the catastrophic economic situation in Georgia is that the Georgian economy is managed by mafia.

“Ivanishvili does exactly the same thing in Georgia that he learnt in Russia in the 90s. In particular, he negotiated with several banks and is destroying the Georgian economy together with them by making every Georgian family a debtor of these banks. Numbers show that the net income of banks was $ 130 million in 2012, when the economy was growing very fast. After Ivanishvili came, the net income of the banks grew at least six times and reached almost 900 million GEL. The number of debtors in banks was 110,000 in 2012, now it has increased to 250,000”, says Saakashvili.

According to him, he will destroy the mafia in the Georgian economy and increase salaries.
I am convinced that after the change of the government and the government should change this year, following the presidential elections, Georgia will have a minimum pension of 400 GEL,” Saakashvili said.
