MIA to impose traffic restrictions on May 26

Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) will impose traffic restrictions in Tbilisi on May 26, Independence Day of Georgia.

Traffic will also be limited during the preparation for the festive activities.

Movement of motorcars will be restricted on May 23 at night hours at Freedom Square, Rustaveli Avenue and First Republic Square.

The Patrol Police will coordinate the safety of traffic flows and direct the drivers to alternative routes.

The restrictions will fully lift from May 27.
