MIA – There is threat of Zaza Saralidze’s liquidation

Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) released a statement based on which there is a threat of liquidation of Zaza Saralidze, father of Davit Saralidze, school student killed at Khorava Street in a bloody conflict among peers.

Based on the information of MIA, various provocations are expected on part of politically motivated groups. The provocations may be aimed at causing destabilization in the country. The ministry offers Saralidze to be included in a special program of protection of witnesses.

Zaza Saralidze is holding protest in front of parliament building at central Rustaveli Avenue demanding resignation of the government, which failed to investigate his son’s murder.
