MIA Service Agency to issue international driving licenses

The Service Agency of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) launched issuing international driving licenses based on the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic on September 19, 1949.

An international driving license will be issued for a 1-year term based on a national license. It will be valid in Geneva Convention member countries.

The Service Agency will also issue the Vienna November 8, 1968, Convention valid for three years.

Interested individuals should submit an ID document and a national driving license to the Service Agency to receive an international driving license.
