MIA detains one person for juvenile trafficking

Officers of the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) detained one person, born in 1975, on a charge of juvenile trafficking. The person will face from 14 to 17 years imprisonment if found guilty.

The investigation determined that the charged person forced underage nieces of his wife to sell some objects using psychological and physical violence. Further probing into the case on charge of labour exploitation is ongoing.
