MFA reports no information about Georgians among Prague University shooting victims
Georgian Foreign Ministry says there is no information about Georgian citizens being injured in the Prague University shooting.
“The Georgian Embassy in the Czech Republic has been informed about the incident and is in contact with the relevant structures of the Czech Republic,” reads the MFA statement.
A gunman opened fire at Karl University in the center of Prague, killing 10 and injuring 25 people on Thursday before being “eliminated” by police.
People were evacuated from the university building located on Yan Palakh Square. Emergency services are working on the spot.
