Mamuka Mdinaradze calls on voters to come to polling stations on November 21
As it turned out, part of the public is confused by the opposition’s statements, in which they declare that they will not participate in the second round, – said the leader of the majority Mamuka Mdinaradze at a briefing at the central office of the party.
“Against this background, some may think that the second round is not being held at all, but this, of course, is not true. Therefore, we remind the public that the second round of the parliamentary elections will take place this Saturday, November 21, in the constituencies of Mtatsminda-Krtsanisi, Vake, Saburtalo, Isani, Samgori, Didube-Chugureti, Nadzaladevi, Gldani, Telavi-Akhmeta-Kvareli-Lagodekhi, Mtskheta-Mtianeti-Dusheti-Kazbegi, Rustavi and in several villages of Gardabani, Khashuri-Kareli, Zestaponi-Tkibuli-Terjola-Bagdati, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Batumi, Khelvachauri-Keda-Shuakhevi-Khulo”, – Mdinaradze said.
According to him, the names and surnames of both candidates will be indicated on the ballot papers, since it is impossible to withdraw the candidacy in the second round under the current legislation.
