Mamuka Khazaradze: I admit opposition made mistake; e-elections misled us
“I personally admit that the opposition made a mistake. These e-elections misled us as the elections were falsified even before vote counting began,” Mamuka Khazaradze, the leader of Lelo, stated on Thursday.
According to Khazaradze, “new elections should be held with a new administration and with new rules to eliminate election fraud.”
“I am confident that the Georgian people will win any new parliamentary elections and set the country on the course that Bidzina Ivanishvili took away with his Russian mentality,” Khazaradze stated.
He went on to say that “the Georgian people are in good form, but the opposition parties are not, with the momentum sometimes strengthening and sometimes not, which is normal.”
Khazaradze also discussed the necessity of establishing “a national resistance front that will bring together political parties who wish to change the regime.”
