MP Khakhubia found dead at his apartment

Irakli Khakhubia, the majority MP of Poti, Senaki, and Khobi, was found dead in his Tbilisi apartment.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) launched a probe under Article 115 of the Criminal Code, which stipulates suicide incitement.

Law enforcement officials are on the scene.
