Lawyer: Inmate found with cut off throat in prison

Lawyer Archil Chopikashvili of “Article 42 of Constitution” says that an inmate was found with cut off throat in #8 Penitentiary Facility on February 10.

The prisoner’s health condition is critical. Investigation into the case is opened. Lawyer said that the family of the prisoner had many questions regarding security norms in the jail.
