Lasha Darsalia: Russia and its occupation regimes use varous processes to increase pressure on Georgian authorities

The Russian Federation and its occupation regimes use various processes, including the illegal ‘borderization’ process, to increase pressure on Georgia, Georgian authorities, – Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Lasha Darsalia said in connection with de facto Tskhinvali’s appeal to the Russian parliament.

“It should be emphasized that when we talk about the so-called parliament of South Ossetia if someone is really responsible for the current situation there, it is the Russian Federation, and the Russian Federation is responsible for further escalation and tension.

All these processes, whether it is an illegal ‘borderization’ process or other, clearly contribute to increasing pressure on the Georgian government”, – Lasha Darsalia said.

The de facto authorities of Tskhinvali appealed Russia for assistance in connection with the situation at the occupation line.
