Geneva negotiations are becoming more difficult due to the general background of Russian-Georgian relations – Lasha Darsalia, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs said before the 48th round of Geneva talks.
The 48th round of internationally mediated Geneva negotiations will be held on July 2-3. The Georgian side will raise the issue of closure of the Enguri Bridge at the so-called border with occupied Abkhazia region and the imposition of limitations to free movement during the talks.
According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry spokesman Vladimer Konstantinidi, other issues on the working agenda include demilitarization, illegal borderization and difficult humanitarian situation across the occupied regions.
