ISFED decided not to publish PVT data noting it cannot measure election validity
“For the first time in its history, the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) has decided not to publish the results of its parallel vote tabulation (PVT) for 2024 parliamentary elections as it cannot serve as a measure of the election’s validity,” the organization wrote on Facebook.
“The fundamental violations observed during the pre-election period and on election day undermined voters’ free will. Therefore, the election outcome cannot be considered a genuine reflection of the Georgian voters’ will.
In light of these circumstances, ISFED decided not to release the parallel vote count data, as it cannot be used to validate the 2024 election process,” the ISFED states.
