Iranian Embassy: Iranian people always respect the law and culture of the Georgian people
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Georgia has released a statement.
As the statement notes, the Iranian Embassy and the Iranian authorities have nothing to do with the Amir Tataloo’s concert in Tbilisi and has no information about the organizers of this event.
“One part of Georgian society was annoyed by the unethical and unlawful behavior of the so-called Iranian singer. The embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran expresses regret due to this fact and states the following:
Iranian Embassy and the Iranian authorities have nothing to do with the Amir Tataloo’s concert, which was held in Tbilisi and has no information about the organizers of this event. It is noteworthy that in Iran a criminal case has been instituted against this person for various crimes,” – the statement of the embassy reads.
The statement stresses that the Iranian people always respect the law and culture of the Georgian people and consider Georgian people as historical friends. “We always welcome the development of cultural and historical relations of these two countries”, – the statement reads.
