HRVP Borrell urges Georgia to work on reforms, build political stability
“Georgia has a clear European perspective. So, the only thing it has to do is to continue to work on reforms, to build political stability,” said Josep Borrell, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, ahead of the 2nd European Political Community Summit (EPC) in Moldova.
“Georgia has a clear European perspective. So, the only thing it has to do is to continue to work on reforms to build political stability. From the European Union side, it is clear. Now it is up to Georgia to continue working,” he said.
Moldova hosts the 2nd European Political Community Summit (EPC) at Mimi Castle, a winery southeast of the Moldovan capital, Chisinau. Heads of state and government, except for Russia and Belarus, participate in the EPC, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili among them.
