Host city of 2021 UEFA Champions League Final to be decided in Slovenia
The host city of 2021 UEFA Champions League Final will be decided in Slovenia, today. The sitting of UEFA Executive Council will be held at Intercontinental Hotel in Ljubljana.
Tbilisi is the contender city to host the final. Applications about hosting the sports were received in the period of September 28 to October 26 of 2018. The 11 countries submitted their applications. The deadline was February 15, 2019.
In case Tbilisi is decided to host the final, the venue of the match will be Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena stadium.
Dinamo Arena hosted the UEFA Champions League Final in 2015 when Barcelona FC defeated Seville FC with the score 5:4.
