Hearing of Mikheil Saakashvili’s case to be held in Ukraine today

The Ukrainian Court of Appeals will consider the complaint of Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine into case of former Georgian President and ex-governor of Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili.

As the court explained, the trial on December 22 was postponed because they had not received case materials. “I do not have any complaints against judges. They were not handed over case materials”, “Mikheil Saakashvili said.

Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine accuses Saakashvili of assistance to the organized crime group.
