Head of Archive of Armenian Public Broadcaster visiting Georgian First Channel

Sergey Tonoyan, Head of Archive of the Armenian Public Broadcaster is visiting Georgian First Channel to get familiarized with the materials preserved the First Channel’s Archive, become introduced with its technical conditions and share experience with the Georgian colleagues.

“I am here to evaluate the technical conditions of the archive and give recommendations to the Georgian colleagues about materials that have to be digitalized in process of preservation of the kept material,” Tonoyan said.

Head of Archive of the Armenian Public Broadcaster arrived in Georgia following the visit of General Director and Deputy Director of Georgian First Channel to Armenia several months ago.

The agreement of cooperation between Georgian and Armenian Public Broadcasters was signed in July of 2019.
