GPB First Channel to broadcast national football matches in October
The GPB First Channel will again broadcast major national football matches – both the national and under-21 teams prepare for pivotal matches in October.
Georgia’s national football team is set to play their next two UEFA Nations League matches against Ukraine and Albania. The match against Ukraine will take place on October 11th in Poznań, Poland, while the game against Albania will be held on October 14th at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium in Tbilisi.
The Georgian under-21 national team will resume their autumn international cycle on October 10th with a match against the Swedish youth team. This European Championship qualifying round group stage encounter will be hosted at the Stadsparksvallen in Jönköping, Sweden.
Should Ramaz Svanadze’s team secure a victory, they will guarantee their place in the European Championship playoffs. Following the Sweden match, the team will return home to Kutaisi, where they will face North Macedonia’s national team in a qualifying match for the 2025 European Championship.
The GPB First Channel will offer live coverage of all four matches featuring the senior and under-21 national teams.
