Gov't allocates 60 million GEL to cover utility fees for citizens

Due to the coronavirus impact on the socio-economic condition, the Georgian government will allocate 60 million GEL to subsidize utility bills for the population.

According to a budget draft, allocated 60 million GEL is the part of the anti-crisis plan announced this year.

The reimbursement for electricity consumption up to 200 kW for will start in November 2020 and remain in effect for 4 months.
