Global Law and Order 2023 report by Gallup ranks Georgia higher than last year
A Washington-based analytics and advisory company, Gallup, published the Global Law and Order 2023 report. According to Gallup, a Washington-based analytics and advisory company, the 2022 results are based on telephone or face-to-face surveys of approximately 1,000 or more respondents.
According to the agency, the index is based on a survey conducted in different countries, which assesses people’s personal safety, sense of security and level of trust in law enforcement agencies.
“According to the research, Georgia’s index this year has improved and scored 87 points compared to the 2022 report. According to the assigned index, Georgia is ahead of countries such as France, Italy, Australia, Hungary, Belgium, Canada, Japan, Croatia and others. The same study also places Georgia next to countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. Also, Georgia’s score is only 1-2 points lower than that of Germany, Sweden, Portugal, Estonia and Spain,” the report reads.
Gallup’s report results are based on nationally representative, probability-based samples among the adult populations, aged 15 and older, in 141 countries and territories throughout 2022.
