“The society is tired of endless quarrels, rivalry. It is time for changes in Georgia,” Future Georgia’s Tbilisi mayoral candidate Giorgi Laghidze said live on GPB First Channel’s program Debates 2021.

As Giorgi Laghidze noted, “new political forces should enter the political field.”

“We all know what happened in nine years (when UNM was in power). Since then, another nine years have passed, though forms have changed, it still resembles the previous nine years. The society is tired of it,” Laghidze stated.

Nikanor Melia from the United National Movement, # 5, also took part in the debates but left after a one-minute of introduction speech.

The local elections are scheduled for October 2, 2021.
