Giorgi Gakharia pledges that Georgia will use all tools to hold thorough examination into Archil Tatunashvili’s case
We will use all the tools required for thorough expertise, – Minister of Internal Affairs Giorgi Gakharia told journalists regarding case of Archil Tatunashvili, Georgian soldier killed in occupied Tskhinvali region.
“The investigation is in progress over this tragic case. As for handing over organs, our main task is to make an examination effective and comprehensive. The examination is a main tool to complete the investigative process. Therefore, we will use all the tools required for conducting a comprehensive examination, including invitation of international experts,” Gakharia said.
Archil Tatunashvili’s family demands transfer of Tatunashvili’s organs as well as medical of and legal documents through international organizations, – lawyer Tamar Avaliani told journalists after leaving the Mtskheta Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
