Georgian President, Lelo members discuss Georgia's European perspective
Opposition Lelo party members Mamuka Khazaradze, Badri Japaridze, Salome Samadashvili, and Ana Natsvlishvili on Wednesday held a meeting with Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili to discuss Georgia’s European perspective.
Lelo leader Mamuka Khazaradze said, “Georgia has a unique chance to be part of the European Union,” however, “we missed opportunities many times to make the country stronger and more prosperous.”
“We talked about what steps the society, all the political forces should take together with the president, leading to our accession to the European Union,” Khazaradze said.
