Georgian President: Investigation into Otar Partskhaladze's case must begin
Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili on Monday said the investigation into the case of Otar Partskhaladze must begin immediately and that full explanations should be provided to society.
“I think Mr. Kakha (Kaladze) said that the biggest trouble is my visits to Europe, but the biggest trouble is when the country’s general prosecutor was an agent of FSB or KBG.
I demand that the public be given an answer based on a thorough investigation,” the President stated.
Last week, the Department of State said it was designating individuals and entities to impose further costs in response to Russia’s unprovoked war against Ukraine, including a Georgian-Russian businessman Otar Partskhaladze.
