Georgian PM: We won't stop election process despite some so-called experts' calls
“Several components are added. The first is an election process, which, of course, can not and will not be stopped, despite some so-called experts’ calls,” said Georgian Prime Minister, Giorgi Gakharia after the meeting of Coordinating Council on COVID-19.
According to Georgian PM, free and democratic elections will be held in compliance with the regulations.
“Everyone should understand that free, democratic elections will be held in compliance with the regulations – by observing face mask/social distancing rules. This is a priority that Georgia must show the whole world that even in such a situation it is possible to continue a normal life,” stated Gakharia.
