Georgian PM – Territorial integrity supported by Armenia is critically important
Calmness and peace are most important so that, being oriented on the economy, we gave more possibility to our citizens for welfare – Giorgi Gakharia, being on an official visit in Armenia, said after the meeting with his Armenian colleague Nikol Pashinyan during a joint press conference.
According to Georgian PM, Georgian-Armenian friendly relations have a long history and needed to become deeper and more effective. Gakharia said that he had discussed cooperation issues with his Armenian colleagues including the importance of cooperation in transport, trade and energy spheres.
Prime Minister of Georgia said that the sides also talked about regional issues and support on international platforms. “We agreed that Georgia’s territorial integrity supported by Armenia is critically important for us,” PM said.
Gakharia also claimed that positive changes on different international platforms with respect to mutual support had to be further strengthened and continued.
