Georgian PM meets German Federal Police Protection Service Head

Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia met Steffen Russ, Director of the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) and Chairperson of the Private Protection Police Association today.

Focus was made at the meeting on the friendly relations and cooperation existing between the two countries. Successful partnership of sister organizations of Georgia and Federal Republic of Germany was highlighted, the government’s press office has said.

“It was noted that Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) has organized its 18th Conference in Tbilisi, which will be attended by over 120 delegates from almost 50 countries and international organizations. Guest Speakers of the Conference will review the current challenges in the field of security and main directions of the specific nature of the work,” the press statement reads.
