Georgian PM departs for Brussels

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili departed for Brussels to participate in the 2023 Global Gateway Forum on October 25-26.

Organized by the European Commission, the Forum will host heads of state and leaders from approximately 20 countries to boost security connections in digital, energy, and transport sectors.

The Global Gateway brings together the EU and its member states, as well as financial and development institutions, to mobilize the private sector to attract investment for transformative impact.

Georgian PM will report to the working panel Transport Corridors. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, invited the Georgian PM to the Forum.
