Georgian PM begins Hungary visit

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has launched an official government delegation visit to Hungary.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán hosted his Georgian counterpart at the Hungarian Prime Minister’s Palace for the official welcome ceremony.

Officials played both countries’ national anthems as the two prime ministers introduced their cabinet members to each other.

The official visit will see Kobakhidze and Orbán hold face-to-face talks. Cabinet members from both nations will hold bilateral meetings before the Georgia-Hungary Intergovernmental Commission convenes.

The two prime ministers will conduct a joint press conference after the commission concludes its session.
