Georgia’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) participants, Anastasia Vasadze, Nikoloz Kharati and Oto Bazerashvili, departed for Nice, France. The fans saw them off from Tbilisi International Airport.
Betkho and Mebo Nutsubidze composed Georgia’s competition song Over The Sky. Filming of the clip took place in three different locations.
The dancers Nita Jamagidze and Barbare Kajaia will join the singers on the Eurovision stage.
The 21st Junior Eurovision Song Contest will kick off in Nice, France, at 7 pm on November 26. Nika Lobiladze will host the event at the GPB First Channel. Voting begins at 11 pm on November 24.
“I am very happy to go to Nice with the whole team. We have very good expectations. We will definitely bring very good emotions to Georgia. Georgia will not come to Europe, but Europe will come to Georgia. We very much hope you will vote for us,” remarked Anastasia Vasadze before departure.
“Our goal, of course, is a victory for everyone who supports Georgia. In my opinion, we will definitely win. We will try our best,” Nikoloz Kharati said.
“We have a great mood. I am very glad that we are going to Eurovision and supporting Anastasia. We should care for her because she is a girl and we have more responsibility. We will do everything, but people should support us so that Eurovision will be held in Georgia next year,” Oto Bazerashvili added.
