Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili held a meeting with his Danish colleague Lars Løkke Rasmussen, discussing Georgia’s European integration path.
According to the Georgian MFA, the duo reviewed the European Commission’s positive recommendation to grant Georgia EU candidate country status and all current issues of cooperation.
Rasmussen highlighted Denmark’s support for Georgia’s foreign priorities, while Darchiashvili stressed Georgia’s strong partnership with Denmark.
The pair also touched on the Nordic format, which provides a new arena for regional and multilateral cooperation.
