Georgian business retains positive outlook

The Business Association of Georgia published the Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG) research based on which Georgian business retains a positive outlook for 2021.

The current index of expectations remains negative. The positive outlook is improved by 34 points. The business climate is in the 4th upward quarter. The association member companies are divided into four sectors: trade, services, industry and constructions.

In the first quarter of 2021, constructions, trade and services report negative evaluation. The business climate outlook is positive for all sectors for the next six months following the gradual easing of Covid-19 imposed restrictions.
