Georgia will host the multinational military exercise Noble Partner for the sixth time, the Georgian Defense Ministry announced.
Head of the Defense Force Eastern Command, General Roland Dzneladze, stated at the Army Hall that the military drills aim to improve interoperability among Georgia, US and regional partners and allies to ensure stability and security in the Black Sea region.
The exercise will involve over 2 400 soldiers. This year participants of the multinational exercise will be Georgia, the US, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Greece, Great Britain, Turkey, Slovakia, Norway, Hungary, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Germany, Bosnia Herzegovina, Estonia, Poland, Japan as well as the multinational brigade of Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine and Swedish Armed Forces.
