Georgia sees 5.9% rise in int'l visits from EU and UK during first nine months of 2023
As of the first three quarters of this year, Georgia recorded a total of 348,329 international visits from EU countries and Great Britain, reflecting a noteworthy increase of 5.9% compared to the same period in 2022, according to the National Tourism Administration.
The Tourism Administration also highlighted significant increases in visits from specific countries, including Germany with 62,804 visits (up by 15.6%), Great Britain with 25,431 visits (an increase of 12.5%), France with 22,768 visits (rising by 21.3%), and Greece with 20,500 visits (a notable increase of 24.3%).
