Georgia reported 352 coronavirus cases, 1 070 recoveries, and 3 deaths on Saturday, the official figures show.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 176 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 50 cases, and the Kakheti region with 29 cases.
A total of 17 343 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 16 260 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 1 083 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 2, 03%, while 2, 44% in the past 14 days.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 1 649 005, among them 1 627 366 people recovered and 16 751 died.
As of April 2, 2 861 752 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 240 in a day.
