Georgia reported 341 coronavirus cases, 445 recoveries, and 4 deaths on Saturday, the official figures show.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 186 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 49 cases, and the Guria region with 23 cases.
A total of 23 438 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 21 357 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 2 081 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 1, 45%, while 2, 07% in the past 14 days.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 1 651 322, among them 1 631 009 people recovered and 16 770 died.
As of April 9, 2 865 371 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 1 028 in a day.
