Georgia reported 153 coronavirus cases, 237 recoveries, and no deaths on Saturday, the official figures show.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 76 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 23 cases, and the Kvemo Kartli region with 11 cases.
A total of 22 312 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 20 223 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 2 089 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 0, 69%, while 1, 01% in the past 14 days.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 1 655 098, among them 1 637 037 people recovered and 16 807 died.
As of April 30, 2 882 075 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 1 110 in a day.
