Georgia reported 1 954 coronavirus cases, 4 477 recoveries, and 47 deaths on Monday, the official figures show.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 1 015 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 313 cases, and the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region with 106 cases.
A total of 20 068 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 12 613 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 7 455 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 9, 02 %, while 9 % in the past 14 days.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 840 593 among them 783 987 people recovered and 11 974 died.
There are 54 people quarantined, 6 533 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 1 150 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are placed at the government-assigned facilities.
As of November 29, 2 155 561 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 2 479 in a day.
