Georgia Marks World AIDS Day

Regarding the World AIDS Day, an event was held in the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia.
The current situation, achievements, challenges, and prospects in relation to HIV/AIDS in the country were discussed at the event.
As the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health said, a total of 8028 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported in Georgia this year as of November 30, 2019, of which 6 023 are men and 5 445 women.
