Georgia Foremost movement demands President’s resignation

Members of the movement Georgia Foremost rallied at the Orbeliani Presidential Palace and demanded President Salome Zourabichvili’s resignation.

Protesters claimed that by pardoning for a political motive, President undermines the supremacy of law principles, generates the feeling of injustice and deepens polarization.

According to the rally participants, President should resign and join the radical opposition.

“She (President) is directly engaged in the destructive opposition scam, which is plotted in the US Embassy and outside Georgia. She is one of the executioners of the plan,” said the rally participant Vato Shakarashvili.
