Georgia Delegation marched at opening ceremony of 2018 Winter Olympics

The opening ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games is underway in South Korean city of Pyeongchang.

The delegation of Georgia along with the Olympic delegations of various countries has marched at the ceremony. Moris Kvitelashvili was the flag bearer of the delegation.

Georgia is represented by four athletes: it will be the fourth Olympiad for Iason Abramishvili, who will compete in Alpine Ski. Georgian alpine skier Nino Tsiklauri participates in the Olympic Games for the third time. Debutantes are the figure skater Moris Kvitelashvili and Giorgi Soghoyan in luge sport discipline.
