GD Executive Secretary: Development, more Europe, peace, stability way to de-occupation
“The only way against occupation is development, more progress and Europe, peace and stability,” said Mamuka Mdinaradze, Executive Secretary of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party in Gori, following the meeting with party activists.
“This is the region which experienced the evil consequences of the occupation and the locals understand which challenges Georgia faces when 20% of the country’s territory is occupied. To restore territorial integrity with peace and development, we need more progress and Europe.
In parallel with progress and EU membership, we should walk along this path correctly, with peace and stability. This is our message to our brothers and sisters residing close to here. All other messages are damaging and harmful to this country since the only way is development, peace, stability, and being truly European, not imagined or declared, non-alternative. Walking along this path will bring us to our country’s unification,” said Mdinaradze.
The Chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party, Irakli Garibashvili and GD leaders meet Shida Kartli party activists on 20 April.
