France offers assistance to illegal foreigners, including Georgian citizens, for voluntary return to home countries
The French government offers assistance to the illegal immigrants willing to return to their home countries voluntarily. Including reimbursement of travel expenses, financial support and support in integration into the country after return.
The Office for Immigration and Integration in France (OFII) is ready to assist illegal foreigners in organizing the return to their own countries and finding jobs or opening enterprises after the return.
The employment program in the homeland applies only to 29 countries, including Georgia and Armenia.
It offers three stages of assistance to those, who will return to their homeland: involvement in social space, job and professional education, launch of an enterprise.
In order to implement the project, the citizen, who returned to homeland should OFII or its local representative and submit the project to verify its credibility.
Similar projects are implemented in several European countries, including Germany.
