Four Georgian judokas to compete at Paris Grand Slam on February 4

Paris Grand Slam 2023 will kick off in judo today. Twelve Georgian athletes will compete at the prestigious tournament.

Four Georgian judokas will compete for the medals on Saturday: Temur Nozadze (60 kg-category), Bagrat Niniashvili (66 kg), World and European Champion Lasha Shavdatuashvili (73 kg). Female athlete Mariam Tsikhelashvili will have a debut in the 57-kg category.

Georgian sportsmen won 4 medals at Paris Grand Slam 2022.
