Footballers of Liverpool, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund to play in uniforms made in Georgia
Footballers of popular football clubs Liverpool, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund will play in uniforms made in Georgia in 2012. The uniforms will be made by a beneficiary of Produce in Georgia program.
The new enterprise is under construction in Rustavi town and it will employ 3 000 locals. Production of football uniforms will begin in October and will have the label “Made in Georgia.”
“Georgian Textile” will begin working in full capacity with support of Produce in Georgia Program in 4 months.
The company will use up-to-date equipment with which the enterprise will produce high-quality production. The project’s investment is 20 million GEL.
