FM says gov't ready to cooperate with everyone interested in nation's European future
Georgia’s Foreign Minister, Ilia Darchiashvili, said, the government is ready to cooperate with everyone interested in the country’s European future. “Consistent work is needed to fulfill the recommendations.”
Darchiashvili claims that the government has close coordination with European partners.
“The nine recommendations are already being implemented. We have close coordination with European partners, the European Commission and EU member states.
We began working on making the process as inclusive as possible on the second day after Georgia was granted candidate status. All opponents had the opportunity to participate in it.
A certain group abstained from the process entirely, even hindering Georgia’s integration into Europe,” FM noted.
